Can't find my X61 lenovo model in the site, please help.

Hello all,

I just bought a refurbished x61 lenovo from Lenovo Outlet site.

Any ways I try to find update drivers for it in lonovo site, I want throw Family , Brand, Type = 77674 and got stuck in Model i got RF3 and I can't find it.

My main problem is that in my bios my USB-HDD have minus like it is disabled and I can't boot from any USB device.

please help fast.

RF stands for refurbished unit, which could mean anything, but luckily there is not much difference in the X61 units so just browse the following list and download the driver you need.

You might also want to install System Update and it will take care of the rest.

Your machine is RF3 which is a refurb code, and won't be on the site...

To find out what your machine originally was, go into "warranty" part, type in your model and serial, and original info might come up (like 6465-AU1). If this fails, go into "parts originally shipped with this machine" and you'll get all the hardware info that you need for updating the drivers.

Thanks for your answers, i did find my machine name using Lenovo system update, i also updated my bios to last ver 2.16 as i know.

i still have minus before the USB-HDD in my boot options.

I just created a Hiren boot usb and i can't use it

some one know how to dill with this issue.
