Contrast issue

Hi guys..

 

I have a question about contrast....

 

actually after plugging off the AC adapter, the display is on high contrast for 10 secs and then returns to the usual contrast level...

 

I did read about it and it seems to be a  "Vari-Bright" to improve battery life...

The question is how to fix that problem....
