Hello, yesterday I accidentally spilled about 20ml of beer on my X201. It flew through the keyboard and leaked on the bottom of the laptop. Thanks to spill proof technology, the liquid didn't reach hardware of my Thinkpad but it broke J on my keyboard. Everything except the key J works perfectly.
This is my warranty status:
My question is: Does this extended warranty cover accidental liquid spillage?
Thank you

No, you would need ThinkPad Protection (Accidental Damage Protection) to cover liquid spills. I think warranties (or their names) vary by market, so it is always best to read the fine print.
Keyboards are relatively easy replacements and I imagine you'll be able to purchase a working one. You could also try disconnecting the keyboard from the machine, cleaning it with an electronics cleaner, allowing it to dry completely, and reattaching it. Of course, if the electronics cleaner makes the keyboard non-functional, you would need to use an external until you obtain a replacement.
