How do I create factory recovery DVD for X1?

I have 160GB Intel SSD in my X1. When I try to create recovery discs, I got error. It says

"S:\Recovery\WindowsRE\winRE.wim required by this program cannot be found"

Does anyone have solution for this problem?

I just want to create recovery cds for future replacement hard drive.

Give Lenovo service a call and tell them about the problem, they probably will send a set of recovery media free.
