Hi, the AC adapter for my X200s laptop does not work. My laptop is still in warranty.
How can I replace it as soon as possible? I cannot work without my laptop!
I'm at Durham.

Call it in or find a local warranty service provider.

They often after verifying that the charger is faulty send you a new charger in the post you then throw the old broken one in the rubbish. Please note sometimes unless you specify that you need it !! they may only send the power pack and computer input side of the charger. They may not send the part that plugs into the wall socket.
