--==(Intel_Trim_RAID_xx)==--.bin Files on mSata (OS) Drive, where xx = 0 thru 19

Just got my new X220 yesterday, created Factory Recovery Disks, installed my Intel 310 80GB, ran the recovery process and all seems great. This morning I noticed 20 files of the format --==(Intel_Trim_RAID_xx)==--.bin Files on mSata (OS) Drive at the Root, where xx = 0 thru 19.

Anyone else ever seen such files?

I deleted Rebooted, system is still alive

Thanks

I installed the same SSD in x220, but didn't see such files.
My advices are:
- to check out SSD firmware. The latest version is 2CV102M3
- to check out AHCI driver
- to check out trim support
- to use Intel SSD Toolbox, free drive management software

All seems to check out, AHCI enabled in BIOS, correct versions, drivers, trim enabled ...

I'm not totally alone, there are others per google

I deleted the files and will just (try to) let this little anomaly go

Thanks for replying
