I would like to ask all thinkpad's experts that is it possible to change CPU celeron to c2d in x200s?
If in case it's possible what's about the warranty's effect?
thanks,
Moo

the CPU on the X series are physically soldered onto the motherboard, so the answer is no. The only way to upgrade the CPU is to swap out the motherboard, which Lenovo can't do for you and if you decide to do it yourself, the remaining warranty will be voided.

No, because the CPU is soldered to the motherboard.
On machines where you could swap the CPU, you would void the warranty by doing so.
