I used "Acronis True Image" to clone the system on the HDD to the mSata-SSD and then changed the boot order in the bios so the SSD would be the first to boot. After that you can do what you want with the data on the HDD. I erased the cloned lenovo rescue partition from the SSD and kept the one on the HDD but erased the system on it.
