Where do I get/order a Recovery CD for my X40 model 2386-H4G.

Call Lenovo service in your country, and order from them.

I tried that to the office in DK:

But they rejects, and want's me to call an IBM/Lenovo supplier, and they says that I should some kind of hotline for ordering xp downgrade CD's... So I'm pretty lost

You called the wrong place. The correct number is 7010-5150.

And don't let them swerve you into a discussion about XP downgrade CD's. You are not looking for an XP downgrade, you want a set of factory restore CDs for your X40. They will charge you for them.

If they don't have them (the X40 is getting old), try eBay.
