Recovery DVD for x200 required

I have x200 but while parttioning c drive (using partition magic) the OS got corrupted and i have tried my best to recover the system to original factory settings but no luck. The vantage button won't work nor the F11 or F8 fynctions help much. My system is in warantee and I don't know where is a lenovo service centre in Pakistan located.

 

Need guidance on how to get a recovery DVD from IBM (USA) and how much will cost. I can arrange local collection in US ...

OR is there a link from where i can download the recovery DVD

 

Please help
