Screen Reading Optimizer: can the keyboard shortcut be disabled?

Has anyone discovered how to disable the Lenovo Screen Reading Optimizer keyboard shortcut, <Ctrl><Alt>R, other than uninstalling the software utility? Thanks!

Absolutely insane that they made no way to easily change the shortcut. Had to install before I had an opportunity to use it.

 

I need Ctrl+Alt+R for Reverse Regex search in emacs.
