I've just tried sales department. Very polite lady told me compassionately that keyboard is not covered by warranty. She explain there is only one man at Tech Support - he is responsible for calls and emails from all over the Poland (population over 38 million people). That's why he didn't answer my email probably. According to Lenovo press publications they have about 2.5 thousand ressellers in Poland. Every quarter in 2008 they sell about 34 thousands notebooks.
Not for me and my familiars anymore!

I've got purchased a new keyboard. Thanks to Lenovo video guide (somewhere on the www) replacing was as easy as a,b,c.
I have new keyboard mounted (for about three weeks) and.... first key just jump out of the keyboard during writing a letter! This time I was prepared and place it careffuly on it's position. But how long it will work? How many keys I will have to repair? Why Lenovo produce such kind of rubbish?
