Warranty Status Did Not Update (Successful Registration on 4/6/2011) Waited a month

Ok, I waited a month for the warranty information to update in the Toolbox. It still shows the old information.

 

Is there something that I am missing?

could you check out what it says about your warranty using this site and let us know if it's as it should be.  I recently had a similar case, the toolbox was showing the "old" date, but the warranty look up site was showing the correct date.

I put my numbers in the warranty check site and the site just takes me here, and it does not mention anything about the warranty.

I tried the site with Chrome 11 and Internet Explorer 9.

 

In addition, I tried the multiple machine warranty checker tool, and it shows the same as the toolbox. I still have the registration successful email from srs_tplus@lenovo.com. Should I just reply to that email?

Same here. I took the survey and complained about the warranty site that is defective. I started a chat to get my extended warranty shown since the site above linked does not work. I tried with IE8/IE9

I called and got confirmation that I did in fact have an extended warranty but was told it would take another two weeks to show up on the warranty page site.

Oh, I have the exact same issue and haven't got to call Lenovo yet because I'm on business trip. Got Successful Registration email also. And funny thing is my x220 is configured the same as yours ^ ^ .
Please do update the status here as I will also with mine.

I did the live chat today with the lenovo website. The representative said that he will try to get the warranty attached correctly. He said something about waiting two weeks for it to show on the website. I will wait two weeks and see.

One week has passed, and my warranty still does not show the extended warranty that I purchased. But, at least it shows my base warranty on the website. I will try to update this next week. My base warranty will run out soon.
