Hello!
I installed Windows XP on my Lenovo x301 laptop, but i experienced some problems with a Wireless network adapter: It does not show up in Device Manager even as an unknown device. I tried to reinstall the WiFi software, but no results. No other problems with drivers, and anything else in Device manager did not report about problems. Thanks.

Jusko, welcome to the forum,
On the back of the system there is a hardware radio switch which turns disables WLAN, is it turned off?
It would be helpful if you could post the Type and Model Number this will help members to help you. If it ends in CTO please provide some details about the it. Please do NOT post your s/n.
Andy

Did you install your system "clean" or did you use Lenovo issued recovery discs? Is wireless enabled in BIOS?
Something else which might (probably not) be relevant is this tip from Microsoft.
