Ordered x220 : i7, 4gb ram, 160gb ssd, bluetooth, camera, 6205 wireless, 9 cell

1st Estimated shipping time (website): 12/6/11
2nd Estimated: 12/7/11 (changed after a few days)
Around 12/5/11, the lenovo website no longer showed an estimated shipping date. I call Lenovo customer service twice, and talk to 2 different people via the chat system. All of them confirmed that my order will be shipped 12/7/11, give or take a few days.
Today is 12/7/11, and I got off with a chat representative that again send me confirmation. As of now (a few hours later), I check the website and now my shipping date has been changed to 12/16/11.
Very disappointed. I needed this machine before this date for a work trip. I was under the impression that I was going to get the laptop at the LATEST 12/12/11.
Everytime I ask, I get generic automated responses. I never get a solid answer why my shipment is delayed. You would think a compnay like Lenovo would have better shipping times these days. It's ridiculous. I am considering getting a macbook pro.
***UPDATE:
Received 12/15/11. Nice machine. Took 2.5 weeks to get here, Lenovo underestimated about 1 week.
