I got an X121e a few days ago. I3, 4GB, Win 7 Pro, 64bit.
It installed about 25 automatic Windows Updates a day or so ago, mostly security related as far as I can see. I just noticed a slight glitch which is that if I try to access the User Guide via the start button it tells me "Lenovo User Guide can not run on this platform". This was working OK before the updates.
I know I can access the guide on the Support site, but I am slightly concerned in case anything more serious could be lurking. And anyway it should be working.
Anyone else noticed this or got any advice as to how to correct it?

Serge, thanks for your reply and suggestions.
I didn't get to try your suggestions yet but the problem seems to have gone away. At first it was intermittent - one day it would be ok, the next day not ok, but I couldn't detect any pattern to it. I've no idea what was going on, but It if I never get any problems bigger than that I will be a happy user.
Actually I am a happy user, I really like this machine.
