X200s: 1) Want only "C:" on install for small SSD, 2) max microsdhc size? [ Edited ]

I am putting in an Intel X25-m 80 gb SSD (now priced at $320 at newegg.com) which in reality has about 75 gb. I have Vista Business x86 installed on the laptop from the factory with the recovery partition, etc.

1. I have Acronis Trueimage Home 2009. What do I do so that I only copy the "C:" partition as I have little space? I know I have to copy the MBR.

I don't want the service partition (S: ) nor the Lenovo partition (Q: ).


2. I plan on putting a microsdhc of 16 gb in the 5-in-1 media reader for extra storage space for Itunes, media, etc. What is the maximum capacity of the reader?

Any other hints as to how to do the install of the SSD? Is there a FAQ for copying from the hard drive and creating the SSD image?

As I  write this, I'm doing almost the same thing you are using Acronis and a new 64GB ssd on my T61/Vista.
