have a look at photos 21 through 24 for the various battery versions.
I`m in the same boat trying to decide which two to get.....

Does the x220 tablet have the same options? I have the 52+ battery on my tablet, sticking out on the back, it gives me about 5 hours or so. I like to have a slimmer battery, the 6 cell, but according to this topic, that will also give me 5/6 hours. I'm a bit confused. Is my battery of less a quality?

It all depends on your settings, I myself have set 3% batt = hybernation, with the 9 Cell batt that is 13 hrs 10 min..
Thats 790 min
Voltage is the same on the batts, mAh should scale accordingly to qty of cells.
790/9 *6 = 527 min -> 8 hr 47 min
790/9*4 = 351 min -> 5 hr 51 min
Slide batt, 6 cell -> 8 hr 47 min
I personally perfer the 9 cell, not only due the longer capacity, but when walking around with the laptop, its much easier to get a good grip while writing or browsing...
And with the price of the 6 cell battery, I'd personally just buy an additional 9 if ever needed, but strongly doubt I'll need that long on 'one charge', ever.... 17 hrs for flight is worst I've ever tried after all.

Hmm thanks, I was a bit confused, tought: the more cells, the bigger the battery. But my x220tablet battery is just a big six cell. The nine cell is just as big, but contains more "battery" and is heavier.

Okay that makes things even more clearer. But, I wouldnt mind a flush back, would the 6 cell battery of the non tablet x220 work on my tablet without problems?
