X220 will not find bluetooth ThinkPad mouse

My bluetooth is on (I found the Fn-F5 hint elsewhere), but it still will not find my ThinkPad mouse. I also have an X220.

Hello LarryRM and welcome community,

 

You need to bring the Mouse to discovery mode by pressing the button for 5 seconds which is available at the back of the mouse.

 

Once led starts blinking then search the mouse and connect it.
