Not sure, online chat with Lenovo rep revealed nothing. God I hope IPS tired of looking at my X201s.

Finally, with a better display
Are there any news that the keyboard replaceable or provide option to change it?

No. Based on pictures I don't think you can replace the "keyboard" with real ThinkPad keyboard. So you can choose between 1600x900 resolution and no keyboard or 1366x768 with keyboard ![]()

**bleep**. 1600x900. I so want to get that res into my X220... What are the chances the panel will be swappable?

That would be amazing, if the panel could fit. I'd so upgrade my X220. I also hope it's IPS, but I don't think they'd go back to a non-premium optional display.

Screw IPS... if the 1600x900 panel will fit in an X220 (or the X230 will work with the old keyboard after all), I know what I"m getting - even if the panel has narrow viewing angles and awful color reproduction ![]()

... and near the zero contrast.
