X41 and X60 System update errors.

After installing System update 314-2008-5-15.exe I am unable to run the system update.  I keep receiving this error message "a problem occured while loading the System Update configuration settings.  Please wait while system update restarts". At this point it hangs. I am running XP Pro on both notepads and I am not experiencing any problems with T-6x series.  Thanks.
