If you are talking about Windows XP, a Windows XP OEM disk worked for me. You can slipstream a new Windows XP OEM Disk with SP3 and the lenovo sata controller drivers. The program that used was called nlite. I already had an Windows XP OEM SP1 disk when I built my sisters PC. Seem to work fine with product key on the bottom of my x60.

An x60, I believe requires at least SP2. You better go with SP3.
