X61 Hard Drive is almost full.

I am trying to delete the backup files to recover 40Gb of space on my HDD.  How can I do this?  The files were placed there by the Recovery app from Lenovo.

go into your start->program -> thinkvantage -> rescue and recovery, you can delete the backup (start from the smallest to the largest files).
