I am considering these options for a new X61s system and was wondering what kind of performance gains can be expected with:
 
-Intel Turbo Boost (with/without)
-7200 RPM drive (vs. 5400 RPM)
-2GB RAM (vs 1GB RAM)

Take the additional RAM, then the fastest HD (but do not expect a tremendous performance difference...), forget about the Turbo Memory thingy....
