configuration mobile broadband with sim-card

hi, i have a X220 C i5 brandnew : have problems in connecting to my provider for mobile broadband

so i made a location profile, configured the mobile broadband as follows :  in 'config for mobile wwan' : serviceprovider : base,/name of accespoint APN : oké /username : oké,/option for userverification : pap so oké/ password : oké

My wwan 'sees' the provider and when i connect after 1 second the connection is stopped. I phoned my provider : he says my sim-card is oké.

Did i made a mistake ?

Somebody has experience in configuring the mobile broadband ?
