please help first time poster.. doc getting behind on patients .. cant rotate 200t

Hi, i got a x200t and installed drivers via thinkvantage 4 for windows 7 64 bit.

the screen does not rotate though? via the button or auto rotate.

how can i remedy this?

what to install?
