Question

Watching movies or Youtube at 720p causes the audio to stutter.

Answer

In order to fix the issue, please ensure you have updated the drivers to the latest available on the Lenovo Support site.

 

  1. BIOS upgraded to 1.11 (remember to reboot before flashing BIOS or Cold boot the laptop)
  2. Upgrade Power Manager to 3.48 or higher
  3. Upgrade Power Management driver to 1.62 or higher
