Installed the latested Intel graphics drivers on my 64bit Win7 RTM system.
Version: 220.127.116.118 Release Date: 2009/11/13
However afteer a sleep/resume the display gets totally corrupted/garbled. This problem did not exist with the preevious drivers. I uninstalled and right now I am running with just the WIndows Update drivers - all is fine again.
Is Lenovo aware of this problem?

Arg! I have had the same problem with the new driver (v18.104.22.1688). I can confirm that it is indeed corrupted -- at least when it comes to the 64-bit Win 7 X200s.
Does Lenovo know this? I've found no evidence.
Hopefully they will roll out an update soon.
Quite an embarrassment that Lenovo is leaving us hobbled on our new top-of-the-line machines.

It is an Intel driver version 22.214.171.1248 issue, and impacts systems (of all brands) which have different sized RAM modules installed.
For instance if you have a 2GB and a 1GB RAM module installed you may have the problem. If you have 2 x 2GB memory modules installed you wont have the problem.
The fix is up to Intel.

I get a totally corrupted display too. I have a X200 with 4GB in 2x2GB Modules.
Just wanted to report.
Edit: Nevermind, I got it working using this fix:

The fix in the other thread doesn't apply to this issue. I installed the Lenovo drivers while undocked from the ultrabase. What happens is after a suspend/resume I get noise (lost HDCP type white noise) across large parts of the screen until I reboot.

I too have exactly the same problem with display corruption after waking from sleep (X200 7454-CTO - windows 7 X64). I have disabled the intel VT extensions in the BIOS but the problem still occurs.
I have now installed the latest display driver from intel's site (126.96.36.1996) to avoid using the Lenovo 1968 packaged driver. This means I have lost the on-screen brightness display functionality but I can live without that. I will let you know if I have more problems using this driver.
I assume this problem will get fixed at some point as presumabley those customers who ordered X200's with windows 7 preinstalled will be having the same problems?

I have X301 with 2 X 2B ( 4GB ) WINDOWS 7 64Bit Intel G45 188.8.131.528 Driver
and I have the problem , so i don't know is it's relate to the memory ..

Just an update: -
I have been running with the Intel stock driver for quite a few days now and have not had any display corruption. As mentioned before the only functionality missing is the OSD of brightness (although the brightness keys still work as expected.)

I had the same problem today, opend my x301 2776, and the display was all noisy with stripes. I turned it of and it works for now. But what do I do about it ??
I have also had two black screens, the last days, were I had to turn it off, unmount the battery and start it up again :-(
It also seems a bit slow with the grapics and when I use the replicator (but im not sure if its just me :-))
Im running windows 7 x64 with (2x2GB) and driver 184.108.40.2068
