Hello,
I have also recently updated the latest BIOS, but I've just encountered a random shut down again today....
Any other possibility as to why this happens on X201?
Thanks!

Hello Jame Z,
I have only been using my X201 for 3 months from the time I got it from Lenovo.
The only hardware change I made was a new SSD hard driver installed.
How do I check for the 3rd party RAM, and how would I be able to remove it? (can you provide me more info on that?)
By the way, I have used ThinkVantage Toolbox to check for the reasons of system crash, and it shows "no information available"
Thanks!
