z61t sound from speakers really low? Default windows sounds are almost inaudible and volume and settings are at highest. Playback of other audio like off youtube or itunes are OK but the default sounds are OK. speakers have never been the loudest on the z61t but getting really, really low any ideas? Anyone have similar experiences?

I have experienced this lately, mostly when my laptop is in the docking station. If I open the laptop and increase the volume to the max it then plays more loudly while in the docking station.

However, I do think that the volume level when in laptop mode is weak, even when it is cranked to the max.

these speakers use thin profile with a small cone surface, so it is isn't pumping out a lot of acoustic energy..... headphone and external speakers are your only remedy.
