How to obtain general information for a Lenovo product?

For example, you have a Lenovo G560 0769-3JU laptop and you want to obtain information about it. Where can you find it?

 

  1. Go to Support & Downloads - Product Information.
  2. On Brand, select Notebooks and handhelds.
  3. On Family, select Lenovo G560.
  4. On Type, select 0679.
  5. On Model, select 3JU.
  6. On Operating System, select All operating systems listed (at least you need specific OS-related information).
  7. Click on Continue.
  8. That's all!
