Answer

The Q180 should support Jumbo Frames based on its use of the Realtek  ATL8111e Gigabit Ethernet controller as noted in the spec sheet on the Lenovo web site.  A cross reference to Realtek's ATL8111e spec sheet confirms Jumbo frame capability - up to 9,000 bytes of payload per frame.

Please note that other components in the network chain including the DSL / Cable modem and interconnected Wireless routers must also be capable.  Specific configuration changes and compatibility with other devices connected within the subnet may impose limitations.
