A700 Touch Screen No Longer Working

My touchscreen on my A700 does not respond. I used to be able to use the touchscreen to login.

I tried updating the drivers (I believe elo Tyco Electronics TeTouchPlus v 1.4.0 is currently installed). The screen accepts input during calibration, but the touchscreen is still not responding. How do I resolve the issue?

To resolve the issue, please follow these steps:

1. Uninstall the Tyco Touch driver and restart the system

2. Install the keyboard driver

3. Install Tyco Touch driver version 1.2.0.0
