It is not possible to format micro sd in other format than fat 32, because if you format it in NTFS or exfat, Lenovo Yoga Tab 3 Plus won't recognize it and demand to format. When the android system format it, the result is a fat32.

you can read the NTFS formatted SD card.

However, writing is not permitted, only reading.

I tried that, but it won't work, because the system dos not allow other format than fat32 for a micrds. I guess Lenovo did not pay the license fee to microsoft in order to have exfat, for example.

 

In Es File Explorer, the sd card wont show.

Have you tried a tool called GUIFORMAT, available in windows x86 platform? With this tool you can format large hard drives with fat32, I myself have tried with 1 tb hard drive.
