We have a new Lenovo T14s Notebook.  The internal microphone does not work. 
It has started with the driver not detected. Although the latest drivers for Realtek where installed. Audio Playback works fine. The webcam does work as well.

                    This driver is for the T14 though, not the T14s. There's no new driver on Lenovo's  Support Website for the T14s, its still at version 6.0.8975.1

The audio driver listed now also says Windows 1909 or later. I bought this laptop with no indication of support restrictions depending on Windows 10 Versions.

                    Try this steps.. Mine is T14 Laptop with 2004 Winver.


 


Go to device manager, click show hidden devices.


Uninstall all audio drivers in audio input and outputs, sound video and system devices.


 


Then peform a restart, Microphone array will appear after rest

Go to Device manager and find Intel(R) Smart Sound Technology, Audio controller and OED. 
Then on both set same driver version, it not need to be the newest one.
