Y450 BIOS supports Intel VT, but your CPU (T6400) don't. If you replace CPU with new one that supports virtualization - then you'll get Intel VT enabled on your laptop.

Can anybody tell me the type of Y550 BIOS?

BIOS Version 2.03 has essential differences from v.1.04.

You can't simply flash the newer BIOS which another Lenovo user backed up because such BIOS dump keeps all settings which specific for machine from where it was dumped.
