I restarted the phone as well and ran the microphone test again and the test went fine. 

 

I do not hear the echo on the call its the person on the other end.

My phone is basically unusable. The other party hears an echo on there side of the conversation and this is extremely difficult and frustrating when talking to my 87 year old father who is hearing impaired.
