my yoga 3 pro recently started to blue screen while using it. Simply surfing the internet makes this happen roughly 10 to 15 minutes once using it. This has been going on for about a week now. I've gotten 2 different stop codes on the blue screen.

I installed windows 8.1 pro and there was no issue with blue screens or the charger. 

I installed windows 10 64 bit after testing windows 8.1 and it blue screens with the charger still. 

 

All scans come back with no issues.

I replaced the SSD reinstalled windows 10 and windows 8.1 and got the blue screen errors again. I`m not sure what else the problem may be unless its possibly the RAM thats going bad?

Disk changed, restored with last backup image. Looks good, but allways looks good after restore. Time will show if the SSD really was the sinner. I think yes because in the end it got worse and worse and at last stopped working.
