A 6000 after updating - can't make calls from app or phone

I have upgrade Kraft a6000_S062_161223 2 days back. Unfortunately I couldn't make a call via jio4Gvoice. Previously call was made through jio4Gvoice app. But after upgrading the software, Display that the phone is VoLTE  and dial from dialpad directly. But I can't make or receive the call even That phone internet switch is on.

I request to suggest a solution

According to the Jio Web site, the phone should work with the Jio4Gvoice app. Is the app you're using fully updated, and have you talked to Jio support about this?

Sir, I updated Jio 4Gvoice app and checked with Jio service center and they again updated the app.

They advised me to check the phone in service center and update the software. The phone shows that the phone is enable for volte, make a call a from dial pad. But I couldn't make any call.and received no call.

I am posting screen shot also.

Somebody upload this update in Google drive to that just copy the downloaded update and go to file manager and go to temp folder and hit the share button

 

This update is for Lenovo a6000 or a6000+? Reply soon cause I have the solution for this
