Hi Aboutlity_Se22,

 

I understand you want to get rid of this error, I'll try to help. By the way, can you send us a screenshot of the error that you're having? 

Meanwhile, check if your issue is happening in Safe Mode. Long-press volume-down button when phone's start-up screen shows.After the phone starts up, “Safe mode” displays on the bottom left meaning safe mode is entered. After this, observe the phone if the error is still occurring. Once done observing the phone within the day, restart to auto exit safe mode.

Did you root your phone? Have you tried an external reset? If you'll try it please make sure that your data has been backed up first.

Lenovo A1000. Update not installing

In system update need 5 MB.it is done.after the installation is fail. It show error.why?
My phone is lenovoA1000
