Lenovo A6000 Slow Perfamance.. Need help

Hello Team,

 

I have brought Lenovo A6000 last month and when I started automatically it was updated by version 5.0.2,

 

Hardware version: H201

Baseband version: A6000_A_0001_151030

Bulid number: Kraft-A6000_S058_151030

CPU: Quard core 1.2GHZ.

 

After updated new version the device was very slow. opening any app it is taking time. if I am press desktop button or back button every time it is showing “loading is lunching” message on below. sometimes touch also not working properly.

If I am get any phone call I am not able to see the caller number or name at same time, it is taking time to see the information with black screen.

 

If I take any script photos it is capturing with bluer shade. My device don’t have any music songs and i am uninstall some apps also due bad condition even though the device is working with slow. all these reasons I am getting headache also..

 

Each and every time I am doing “1 Tap Boost” for free RAM but no use..

 

kindly let me know the solution.

My android device is too slow and the battery gets drained in 15-30 minutes even if not in use. I am virtually unable to use the device as the charging cable is required to be plugged all the time while in use.

Hi Sinhaaa,

 

I will try my best to help you with this. Can you please confirm the model of your phone? Also, I would first suggest observing if it will happen in safe mode. 

 

To Enable Safe Mode
1. Press and hold the Power button until Power off comes up on the screen.
2. Touch and HOLD Power off on the screen until reboot to safe mode appears.

Third-party apps are disabled in safe mode.
Just turn off and on the phone to boot back to normal mode.

 

Please leave your phone in safe mode for couple of hours and see if there's improvement. Thanks.
