Lenovo A7 L19111 Charge hours reduction request with 10W charger

2021-03-31, 14:32 PM

The charging time for Lenovo A7 L19111 is taking upto 5 hours with 5%V and 1 amps Charger provided with the device. Request software update so that the phone gets charged from 0% to 100 % in around 2 hours with 5.2V and 2 amps charger (5.2 Volts X 2 amps=10W).

Thanks in advance for the genuine support

Hi ramkumarnrn

Can you please confirm how long will it take to fully charge your phone with 10 watts charger? Have you tried using 15 watts charger and see if it charges faster? Thanks.

Hi ramkumarnrn

Your charging speed depends on what charger you're using, your phone's condition, apps and how you use the phone are all affecting the charging speed. Chargers have different output capacities, and a weak charger will take longer to charge your battery.  If you are using the device heavily at the time, it may be possible for a weak charger to fail to provide enough energy to actually charge at all. As for the specification, sorry I don't have details on that but I'll further check. I'll let you know if I found one. Thanks.

Hello Rich,

Thank you for your reply.

In smartphone TURN OFF condition, with the  company provided 5W charger (5V X 1amps) it takes around four and half hours for charging from 0% to 100%.

Request the L19111 compatible Charger/Adapter and  USB Data cable specification, so that Lenovo A7 (L19111)  Battery (4000mAH) will get charged from 0% to 100% in 2 hours duration in smartphone TURN OFF condition.

Thank you..

Hi ramkumarnrn

Sorry for the later reply. Like I mentioned, your charging duration and speed depends on several factors. I'll try to get that details but usually it depends on the power adapter. If you have a higher wattage adapter, the charging time will be faster. Not sure about the USB cable but we recommend only using a motorola or lenovo charger.

Hi ramkumarnrn

I just asked this and unfortunately, the phone doe not support fast charging. Please disregard my previous recommendation about using 15 watts charger. I will pass your feedback along. Thanks.
