Hi Jishnuraj,

We understand how important it is for you to have this concern fixed. We're here to help.

Kindly press and hold together Volume Up and Power button for a few seconds.

You can release held keys when you see the new menu on the screen.

Afterwards, from the following screen choose "Recovery" by using the Volume Down to navigate and Volume Up to confirm.

Then choose "wipe data/factory reset" by using and press the Power key to confirm.

Choose "yes" from the menu, and accept it with the Power button.

Finally, accept option "reboot system now" by using the Power button.

Let us know the results once done. Thanks!

Regards,
Tim

Hi Saquib3131,

I'd like to assist you. If your phone is stuck in recovery mode and it won't boot up to normal, I would suggest doing external reset. Here's how you can do it. Please note that this process will delete your phone data/files/third-party apps. Please let me know if that helps. Thanks.

Best regards,
