Hey,

Use any 3rd party apps for analyzing storage. You can use ES Explorer for a detailed breakup.

Amal

Please see the application details.

I have downloaded this applictaion checked but that application also not able to show the full details of used internal storage. That only showing the which is i have seen in the internal setting of the mobile.

Please see the screenshot of application or my mobile storage option.

I want to full details of the remaining sapce which is remaining after used all internal or external application as well as cached data.

What is the remaining space of internal storage see results as per my screenshot.

After occupied Os system size remaining stores is 4.87GB. (Which is showing in screenshot)

Right now as per usage brackup of storage according to mobile 2.11 GB Used.

In this case remaining space is 2.76GB. (4.87-2.11= 2.76GB)

Please let me know me now what about of this remaining space. By the mobile setting storage option or third party application. i have not found details of remaining space.

Hi,

To a certain extent, it is normal.  Out of 8Gb, the usable storage will be around 7.4 Gb, which means you already lost 600MB.

OS occupied size is 3.13 GB and User files are 1.86 Gb. Total used storage is 5.59 GB. The remaining 2.41 GB could be occupied the following.

Reserved Cache: The phone will reserve a considerable amount of space for the cache. No, deleting the cache won't recover the reserved space. The reserved space could range anywhere from 100 to 500 MB.

Logcat: The phone continuously dumps system messages and store that in internal memory for debugging and developer purposes. These data will pile up over time and could not be deleted.

Other system data: Similar to logcat, other system apps will write data into internal storage that cannot be accessed or deleted by the user.

You can recover this space by clearing partition cache from recovery mode. Hard reset will also be useful to free up some space. Note: Hard reset will delete all user data, Clearing Partition cache will not delete user data )

Regards,
Amal
