Problems connecting Lenovo A2016A40 to a PC for Data File Transfer

I  am connecting my Smartphone Lenovo A2016A40 with the PC but do have problem

with the real connection.

the PC don't recognize teh A2016A40 for Data File Transfer

Otherwise the the battery is loading

And also I don't get the USB Storage menu on the phone

 

I tried already another PC and the problem is just the same.

 

AND

 

I also tried to connect another phone to the same PC and this works perfect

Hi Ricomah,

 

Appreciate the things you've tried. Have you tried using another USB transfer cable? You may try manually enabling the USB debugging and select MTP (Transfer File) by enabling the developer options. Here's the link how to.

Try to change a USB cable. It seems that your USB cable is damaged, so your phone cannot be recognized normally. If the problem hasn't been resolved after changing the USB cable. You can also use  other methods, such as Google Drive.
