I've got this phone for 2 weeks Lenovo A5 L18021. And I decided to scan it with an antivirus. I use several programs available in google play: bitdefender, kaspersky, trojan scanner, d.web light, systweak anti-malawer, avast, avg, and none found anything. However, the malwarebytes program has detected two problems. The first was Android / Adware.Cootek in the TouchPal 2017 program, after updating to TouchPal 2019 the virus no longer detects. The second problem that malwarebytes points to is trojan.syringe.ad in the system application com.android.sc. as in The attached picture. The phone has been restored to the factory settings several times but the problem is still detected.
Of course, malwarebytes does not remove this virus, please let me know how to fix the problem. Because on the day of today the phone with such a Trojan is useless.

Thanks for posting and for the screenshot. Sometimes these apps are seeing unsure malware. We recommend reaching out to app developer and see what they say.
