I've bought a new Lenovo A5 L18021 since 10 days and I've received all my SMS during the first 7 days.
The last three days I've not received all of them and since this morning no SMS incoming inside my Inbox.
When I test my SIM card inside another mobile I receive very well all SMS.
The issue seems to be on the mobile.
Is there any parameters that I can check or change ? Or do I need to change the phone ?
Pls help me !

This is not typical. Try resetting APN to the phone. Go to Settings> Select Network and Internet> Look for Mobile Network> Tap on APN Settings> Touch the Menu icon then tap on> Select Reset to Default. Observe and let us know how it goes?
Just to narrow down-- are you able to send the SMS at least? How are you testing that you do not receive any texts—did you try to send SMS your delf to your number?

I've already resetting the APN despite the fact that APN is impacting mobile data service and not SMS.
I've also checked the SMS center number and it's well configured.
The incoming SMS failure issue is random.
And every time I restart the mobile I begin to receive my SMS again.
Pls can you involve your technical team to provide a sustainable solution ?
The situation is uncumfortable because I'm loosing a lot of SMS.
