Self-Diagnostics and Submitting a Service Request for your Smart Device or Android Tablet (Mobile)

 Before submitting a Service Request, we encourage you to go through self-diagnostics in order to troubleshoot your device.

 

Many common issues are fixed this way and you will not need to wait for your device to be serviced.

 

 

To do self-diagnostics:

 

1. From the support product page, click on Self Diagnostic/Submit a Service Request.

 

 

2. After the diagnostics process, if all fails, you will be able to submit a service request:

 

 

 

 

That is all, once ticket is submitted your case will be handled by us.
