Factory reset

Hi,

 

I would very much appreciate any help that can be offered. I have a

Lenovo Yoga Tab 3 10 inch

 

I’ve installed an update and could not remember the gmail password for the email account it was set up with so I reset the password. It now won’t let me sign in. It tells me that the password has been reset and that I need to wait for 24 hours before trying to log back in. It’s now been 27 hours and it still tells me I have to wait 24 hours. I’ve tried to do a factory reset by pressing the power button and the volume up button but it still knows that we’ve signed in before. Please can someone tell me how to get logged back in. It also keeps telling me google play movies and tv has stopped working. Thank you in advance.

Thanks for using the Lenovo forums.


I`ve seen a few similar cases around some time ago such as yours.

 

The only solution that could really help was to reflash the tablet as it`s blocking you access to it properly, you should be able to get Lenovo to do that for you, just simply get in touch with them, and they should be able to offer you a service.
