Re: KitKat roll-out for Yoga Tablets starting June

Do your devices have an external sd card? I had some apps constantly crashing after the KitKat update that worked again after uninstalling and reinstalling them in internal memory.

@archlab7

Link? What link? It is an OTA (over the air) update and we already forgot when we have updated.

Rumors? First read and then post!

I consider your 2 posts as a pure SPAM!

I was asking a question.  Go take your frustrations out elsewhere.

A totally useless question if you had read the topic, and impolite statements to all those who contribute to this topic.

Has anyone else noticed a change of behaviour of the power led (the one thats inside the power button)?

[or is it just me?]

In 4.2 it used to light up when charging the tablet (with the tablet turned off) and the light would go off when the tablet was fully charged.

In 4.4 it lights up when charging the tablet (with the tablet turned off) but the light stays on when it it fully charged.

Not sure if this is a bug or a feature.  I prefer the way it worked in 4.2. because I could see from across the room when it had finished charging.  Now I have to press the power button to display the battery charging status to find out whether its finished.

[Using Yoga 10 B8000-F with the latest Kitkat upgrade]

Yes have noticed and yes better previously. Now, although it eventually
switches off, it is prudent to keep an eye on it as it may now be over
charging and hence effecting battery life. Obviously that assumes that the
cutoff is malfunctioning.

Thanks.  Just to clarify:  Are you saying the light eventually goes off on yours?  I have not seen this happen with my tablet on 4.4.  I waited a couple of hours after the Battery Status showed a full charge and still the light did not go off.  How soon did the light go off on yours after it showed a full charge?  What Model are you using?  Mine is a Yoga 10 B8000-F
